Began her career in hospitality management — hands-on operational experience across hotel, restaurant and bar service — before 15+ years of senior international licensing leadership at MGA Entertainment and Sanrio. That dual foundation in hospitality and licensing is why Sinka leads both sides of Equentora.
Founder of Michaela Malone Events LLC, with 19+ years as an international meeting planner and travel director. Hotel operations and event management experience spanning New York, Tampa, Hamburg and Bristol — the hands-on foundation behind Equentora's on-site execution.
MSc in Marketing and Transformative Economy from Università della Svizzera italiana. Cut her teeth coordinating cultural events and on-site logistics for the City of Bellinzona, and brings that same hands-on approach to event planning and sourcing at Equentora.
